Join us for an Whisky night on Tuesday, April 14th at 19:00!
We have joined forces with EAT Exploring Alimentation to create an Whisky tasting night for you! The evening will start with a tasting of below Single Malt Whisky paired with bites by Chef Petros Yiangou.
Glencadam 10yo (Highland)
– Lionfish crudo with peach, rose fluid gel and chives
Auchendoshan American Oak (Lowland)
– Poached pineapple in honey butter, micro basil, whipped goat cheese with lime and toasted almond flakes
Kilchoman 100% Islay 14th Edition
– Smoked salmon, pickled shallot on crispy focaccia and cream cheese with lime & dill.
The cost of the tasting will be at 20.00€ per person.
After the tasting, whisky will also be available by the glass at 7.00€.
And if you are still hungry, EAT Exploring Alimentation will be prepared… with portion size of the above bites at 7.00€.
