In this 2hour workshop, you will:
– Learn a mochi recipe through a step-by-step demonstration
– Make the dough, prepare the homemade filling, and shape your own mochi
– Enjoy a mochi tasting with oolong tea
– Take home 6 handmade chocolate mochi
We’ll also have a little surprise: a viral Cyprus-inspired mochi with louvi filling!
