Join us for a morning created just for you, a chance to pause, breathe, and be inspired.

Discover a unique experience where movement and creativity come together, allowing you to reconnect with your body and awaken your artistic side.

We’ll begin with an energising Pilates session designed to release tension, improve mobility, and leave you feeling refreshed.

Afterwards, immerse yourself in a hands-on floral design workshop, where you’ll create your own beautiful arrangement and let your creativity bloom through flowers, colours, and textures.

In collaboration with @detailsmadewithlove , who will be providing the flowers for our floral workshop 🤍
