The Hybrid Challenge combines low-intensity social running with two workout sessions: Pilates and Circuit Training.

We will begin with a 2km run at a comfortable, conversational pace to warm up the body. This will be followed by a short Pilates session, focusing on core activation, mobility, and controlled movements to improve stability and posture.

After the Pilates segment, we will continue with an additional 1km run, before finishing strong with a circuit training session. The circuit will include a mix of functional exercises designed to build strength, endurance, and overall fitness in a dynamic and motivating group environment.

Structure:
• 2km run (warm-up, social pace)
• Pilates session (core, mobility, control)
• 1km run (steady continuation)
• Circuit session (strength & endurance)

Each session will be kept short (approximately 20–25 minutes) to ensure a smooth flow and an enjoyable experience for all fitness levels!
