Rous Restaurant and Zambartas Wines come together to celebrate a partnership spanning nearly 20 years through a special wine pairing dinner featuring new labels, new vintages, and a vibrant new summer menu inspired by Mediterranean flavours and Cypriot seasonality.
From fresh sea urchins and seafood dolma to shieftalia tacos and rabbit ravioli, each dish has been carefully created to pair beautifully with the latest wines from Zambartas Wineries.
