Wine & Shared Plates Evening

Dear friends,

Join us for an evening of wine and shared plates at Dómes Sergiou Winery in Skarinou on Friday, May 1st!

We have joined forces with Dómes Sergiou and Paris Diaries to manifest a cozy wine evening, at an elegant winery, and pair it with intriguing dishes!

We will start with a welcome sparkling wine from 17:30 to 18:00 and we will continue with the following pairings:

• Amuse Bouche: Choux with halloumi cream and ‘kitromilo’
Followed by: Focaccia with sea salt, rosemary & extra virgin olive oil
Morokanella

• Starter: Lionfish crudo served with green apple, fennel, fresh herbs and olive oil
Atypon-02 (Xynisteri/Assyrtiko)

• Intermediate: Savory cupcake with thyme and feta mousse
Rosé Maratheiko

• Main: Slow-cooked meat pie topped with creamy mash potato and crispy herb crust, served alongside a rich Shiraz sauce infused with red berries and freshly baked schiacciata bread

***Vegetarian Option: Octopus bourguignon with pearl onions, mushrooms, Shiraz sauce and freshly baked schiacciata bread
Atypon-01 (Shiraz/Agiorgitiko)

• Dessert: Vanilla cream with orange blossom and ‘vissino’

The cost of the wine evening will be at 70.00€ per person.
